Because MyWritingTutor provides services to school-aged children, all accounts must be created by a parent or legal guardian.
Parents/guardians are responsible for:

- Monitoring student activity
- All actions taken under their account
1.2 Student Access
Students may only use the platform under the supervision of a parent/guardian.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without parental permission.

You must keep your login details confidential.
We are not responsible for unauthorised access caused by lost or shared passwords.

3. AI Use & Parental Consent (Incorporated by Reference)
MyWritingTutor uses advanced artificial intelligence systems to support writing assessment, feedback generation, and learning personalisation.

- Suggest improvements for clarity, structure, vocabulary, and grammar

3.1 Use of AI in Assessments
AI feedback is:

- Supplemented by human input where necessary
- Provided for educational purposes, not as formal NAPLAN scoring
3.2 Use of AI in Assessments
By purchasing any course, membership, or assessment, the parent/guardian acknowledges and consents to AI processing of their child’s writing.

Parents agree that:
- AI assistance is used for educational purposes
- AI feedback may not always be perfect
- AI is not a replacement for human teaching
- Student submissions may be processed by third-party AI providers under strict privacy controls
3.4 Withdrawing Consent
Parents may withdraw AI consent at any time by contacting us, but doing so may limit or disable key Services.
Account cancellation may be required if AI-based functions are necessary for course delivery.
4. Payments, Memberships & Billing
4.1 Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may change from time to time.
4.2 Payment Processors
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as:

- LMS membership payment systems
We do not store credit card details.
4.3 Memberships

Access continues as long as your membership is active and paid.

8. Limitation of Liability
